Shipping policy

Shipping information
  • Your order is shipped from Davenport, Iowa using USPS. Shipping times will vary depending on location and size of order
  • Shipping charges are determined and displayed at checkout
  • Please understand we are not responsible for any delays in delivery and transit times. That is determined by the carrier and may depend on several factors, including but not limited to, peak seasons.
  • All orders will contain tracking information. Once your order is received by the carrier, all inquiries should be directed to the carrier
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping
Local Pick Up and Local Delivery
  • FREE local pick up is available and orders can be picked up at Studio Pumped in Davenport, Iowa. Please choose this option at checkout
  • Local pick up is subject to availability and your order will be ready within 1-2 business days.
  • An email will be sent once your order is ready for pick up with detailed information. 
  • Local Delivery is available within the Quad Cities (Iowa/Illinois) areas. There is a fee of $15 for delivery. If you choose this option, an email will be sent to confirm delivery address, date, and time.
  • If there is no one home at the agreed delivery time, the order will not be left and will be available for pick up. There will be no refunds given if delivery is not made due to no one being home.
Order Processing
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays are processed the following business day.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please check your spam folder for this confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please email veronica@pumpedparty.com
  • Orders cannot be changed once shipped. If you need to make a change please contact us immediately. 
  • Please confirm your shipping address as Pumped Party Co will not be responsible for non delivery due to incorrect address information. If the order is returned by the delivery service, your order will be returned and refunded and ask that you resubmit your order

Free Shipping 

  • Free standard shipping within the continental United States is always available on all orders over $50. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
  • The most cost efficient method of shipping will always be selected with free shipping, and in most cases will not be the fastest option. To expedite your order, please purchase the appropriate shipping option at checkout.
